Hello everyone...here are some pictures from the last couple of months, above-Rowan helping Mike with some power tools. Yesterday Mike was putting in the baseboards in Rowan's new room, and that meant Rowans first introduction to power tools--oh boy...he learned a new word= "sharp". Very exciting.

We got Rowan an easel a couple of weeks ago, and he's now becoming quite the artist, as you can tell...our favorite is when he steps back to look at what he's done, and then goes back in a colors more...

One of his favorite things right now is "cycles", as in motor-Mike has been riding his more, because of the nicer weather, and its very exciting when Mike gets home to go sit on the cycle, and learn which parts are "hot". Then he helps Mike put the cover on and says, "night night cycle".

Rowan loves to play outside, and he has recently discovered bugs, which are a huge source of entertainment. Recently we found a rolly polly colony under some weeds, and had fun for hours trying to get them to crawl on our leaves, and following them around. He is obviously still a blankie boy too, those blankies are such comfort for him...we are starting to realized that this has its benefits, but also disadvantages....he wants one now every time he falls and hurts himself-glad that he has something to comfort him, but....

He loves to look at pictures that we've taken on the digital camera...and also loves his tunnel...

He is quite the gardener too, helps Mike in the backyard a lot, cleaning up after mowing, and recently using the shovel--a new word that he loves to say "shobel"in this picture, he's eating a strawberry he picked himself...he loves to pick limes and strawberries from the garden, too bad he doesn't quite know the difference between red and green berries...

Lately he also is starting to like using the phone, he comes to me now and says gama, and gampa, I think, because he wants to talk to Grandma and Grandpa on the phone. We've been making lots of calls to them lately, the only thing is that whenI tell him to say "hi" to whoever it is we're talking to, he just waves...cute! He hasn't quite figured out how it all works yet...Anyway-- that's Rowan in a nutshell...talking a lot and charming folks wherever we go! Mike and I are doing well too, just anxiously awaiting new boy...who now finally has a name...we'll make you wait, but some of you know already...due date is 2 weeks away, but who knows, we could still be waiting a month...I don't know if I can handle that though...this has not been an easy pregnancy for me and I am really looking forward to having my body back for good!! Hope you all are well...Happy Easter and take care! Love Angie Mike and Rowie
