Hello All and sorry its been so long!! Having a crawler is much different than having an infant that you can just put somewhere and have them stay there! This little guy keeps us running!! Rowan is 9 months old now! He's got his 2 bottom teeth, (since 7 mos.) and has been getting his top 2 for about a month now, they're just poking through the gums today! He is soo much fun now, crawls super fast, stands up and holds onto everything, talks and screams a lot (no real words yet), but he does understand things like , up, kitty, dada and high five....

We've had an awesome couple of months; went to a wedding in Carmel our friends Bree and Rich
got married at this awesome Ranch in Carmel, it was picturesque with a view of the ocean and sheep and goats grazing while they were being married...We combined the wedding with a trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Rowan almost liked looking at the people more than at the animals--he just loves making eye contact with people and then smiling at them--he's quite a friendly charming guy--everywhere we go people comment on how friendly he is -he just smiles at everyone! We also had a visit from grandpa-always fun! Dad's 32nd birthday party, where people dressed me up in the scarf, and I ate a plate... We've also been going to the park a lot and swinging-he loves to swing and often claps and laughs while he swings! We also took him swimming for the first time at an awesome lake up in the redwoods up the hill from our house-there's a little beach there with pretty shallow water for swimming (lifeguards too), and he paddled around and knew exaclty what to do, didn't even mind getting water in his face!
When its hot, we squirt him with the squirt bottle, its funny because he makes that hilarious face-he also likes to be squirt in the mouth-he just drinks the water!

This summer (I finished school Friday the 13th) is going to bring many fun trips, and firsts! At the end of this month, we're going to Sequoia National Park with Grandma Green, Papa Don, and hopefully Rowan's uncles...then in July we're off to Hawaii (Kona coast of Hawaii) with Grandpa Green and uncles...plus we also have some other weekend trips planned!
