Hello everyone! Here's some pictures from our day at this awesome park in SF called the Koret Children's Park, its in GG park, and has an old awesome carousel, and a huge playground with three different sections for kids of different ages. Rowan had so much fun, and had no fear of, going down the slides head first--super gung-ho! No hesitation at all, as you can see from the photo below, he was just giggling the whole way down every time. We must have spent at least an hour and a half going up and down the slides, and climbing on the structures before he started getting tired. He has now grown out of swings, and prefers walking in the sand, checking all the toys out, and of course climbing and sliding!

Later on that same day, we went over to Rowan's friend Will's house for dinner, his mom plays the piano, and both boys gave us a taste of their musical talent. Rowan loved listening and playing the piano, it made both Mike and I wish we played instruments. We have a guitar that we strum for Rowan, but we have no idea what we're doing...but Rowan likes to play with it too, and we hope that maybe he'll want to really learn to play some day.

We got Rowan this Little People Bus for his birthday, and he had already learned how to move his feet to make it go! He mostly likes to make it sing and honk though, Thank God there is an "Off" button on this thing! He is walking like a pro now, and sometimes almost running! He knows how to lean into you when you say "kiss", dance when he hears music, move his hands up in the air when we di "itsy bitsy spider", and say "thank you", "choo-choo", "uh-oh", "door", and I swear he says other stuff like banana, and tomato, but I just can't get him to say them too often. I am starting to feel lots better now, I am just starting my 2nd trimester. We had an ultrasound last week, and everything looks fine. My next appt. is on Nov. 5th, and my next ultrlasound is Nov.17th, we should be able to find out the gender then! I can't wait to find out- I bet its a boy..which will be great because we've got all the clothes, toys etc. We are so enjoying the cooler weather and can't wait until Halloween, Rowan is going to be a monkey with a banana in his pocket! Sooo cute! Take care, Angie Mike and Rowan + 1
