Hello all and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! I have had quite a fun ride these last couple of months!! I have been having so much with my mom and dad, and also with my grandma, grandpa, uncles, and friends. Here I am with my mom and her friend Jill and my little girlfriend Ivy! We went for a walk on a street where everyone has great decorations for Christmas! I was amazed to see all the lights, and even more amazed when I got to meet Santa for the first time!!




On Christmas Eve my family read "The Night Before Christmas", to me and I listened attentively and looked at all the pretty pictures. I was glad to have my grandma and poppa Don there for Christmas, but I missed my grandpa and uncles, maybe next year...









My grandpa bought me this Santa suit for Christmas. My mom and dad laughed a lot at me and told me they were sorry for putting me in the ridiculous suit, but I really liked it. It was nice, and cozy. Unfortunately, I did have a little poo accident in it, but hey that's what the washer is for, right?














Here I am with my grandma and poppa Don. They really like to spend time with me...I guess its because of my award-winning personality! Who are we kidding, its just because I am so darn cute!!









While my grandma and Don where here we did a lot of cool stuff! We went on the Redwood Railroad, in Tilden Park about 10 minutes from my house! Its a real steam engine that takes you through the beautiful redwood trees, I got a little scared when the engineer tooted his horn and the tunnels kinda scared me too, but I know I'll get used to it! It was already my third train ride! We also went on the ferry from Oakland to SF. This picture is of my mom and I on the ferry, it was cool!




Well that about says it all for me..this is a pretty darn cute picture that my grandma took of me, if I do say so myself!

Note from mom: The new year also means back to work for me! Although I am sad that my time with Rowan has come to an end for now, I am lucky that Mike is taking 2 more weeks off to be with Rowan and to make my transition back to work a little easier. January 22nd will be Rowan's first "official" day with our nanny, Charn. Mike works Sunday to Thursday, so he'll be with her 4 days a week, and home with dad one day! I know that everything will work out fine! Plus, I get to spend all summer with the little man...so I'll be counting down the days until June 10th!

Here are some more pictures of me!! This one is of me and my cousin Aiden; he's 3 weeks older than me, but lots bigger. Below is a picture of my mom and her sister-in-law Staci along with us babies, and my other cousin Jacob, he's 2! This was a while ago, at least a month and a half ago now!

I went to visit my grandma and grandpa and uncle again for Thanksgiving. I am quite the traveler.

















Me and my uncle Jason at his house in Tustin. We had everyone over at his house for Thanksgiving, and we had quite a feast. Even my uncle Doug was there!! We had a blast!

At about 3 months I started sitting in my Bumbo chair that auntie Heather let me borrow. Here I am reading a book that my family in Holland got for me. It's very interesting!












Here we are me and my daddy! I like looking at myself in the mirror, I am very handsome. Most people say that I look like my mommy!! He he, secretly she is very proud of that!






















Here I am with my Grandma Carol at her house in Santa Rosa. All of my daddy's family got together at her house for Thanksgiving leftovers on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.







My daddy has a twin brother and this picture is of us three!














This is my good friend Ivy and her daddy Jason! My mom and Jill, Ivy's mom, were pregnant at the same time. Ivy was born only 4 days before me. She is my neighbor and we do lots of stuff together; we go on walks around Lake Merrit, eat dinner at each others' houses, and go on hikes in the Redwoods... Oh we also went to look at Christmas lights together, and even met Santa Claus!




My third month has been the greatest month of my life so far. My mom and I worked out a great schedule for eating and napping, I sleep through the night (usually for 8-10 hours), and in between I am happy as a clam, all the time! I learned how to roll over at about 14 weeks old and my neck and legs are so strong now! I just love to stand and show everyone how big I am...
